InfinityQuill™ Return & Refund Policy

Overview
InfinityQuill is a structured intelligence platform offering subscription-based access to AI-powered Quill systems. Due to the nature of digital services and real-time access to structured content and interaction, refund eligibility is limited and governed by this policy.
By subscribing to InfinityQuill or purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Return Policy.
Monthly Subscription:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
• You will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds will be provided for unused time within the billing cycle.
• You will not be billed for future periods unless you resubscribe.
Removing individuals from a team will result in immediate revocation of access for those users.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided except under the following limited conditions:
• Technical Inaccessibility: If you could not access InfinityQuill services due to a verified technical issue on our end, and no meaningful use occurred during that period.
• Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to system error or duplicate transactions.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was charged without your consent and you report the issue within 14 days of the transaction.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and must include a description of the issue and relevant supporting documentation.
InfinityQuill will not provide refunds under the following conditions:
• Dissatisfaction with subjective experience or output
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date
• Inactivity or non-use of services after payment
• Purchases of content, licenses, or access already delivered
• Subscription benefits used during the active billing period
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:
• Immediately suspend or terminate your account
• Require the payment of the disputed amount before access is restored
• Pursue the matter through appropriate legal or contractual channels
We encourage all users to contact our billing team before initiating a dispute.
